We recently received a new registration key for our version 3.0.1.7, unfortunately, we're not able to log into the version, which prompted us to renew the registration key for support. Is there any way to put in the new registration key without being able to log into the application?

Hello Colleen;

Are you attempting to login to MailFlow as an Admin Agent? When the registration key expires, only an Admin agent will be able to login to MailFlow to update the registration key.

Yes, we were attempting to login with an administrative password. The Admin was able to locate the registration key in the SQL database and update it, which allowed us to update the application version.

The reason for the update is because we thought it would solve the issue where the application is not taking any login names or passwords...it just returns us to the login screen.

So I guess this subject is closed, and I need to find out what to do about the issue of not being able to log in.
